Hello. Well I’ve managed to sleep and despite a very croaky voice that makes me sound like singer Louis Armstrong, thankfully I’m better now after that horrendous episode of choking last night and deliberately making myself sick.
Well there’s always an up side! My weight has gone down a few pounds. But I dont recommend making oneself deliberately sick as part of a weight loss plan! Certainly not. It was something I had to do to free the offending pieces of food. It was either that or spending the night in hospital where the medics would have done exactly the same thing; making me deliberately sick. A bit of perseverance and effort makes the difference, and the episode will make a difference to my eating methods in future. I don’t want to go through that again, any time soon. And the date is the 13th! Superstitious?
Sadly, I had to cancel a meeting today that I was looking forward to. But health comes first. Always.
