Improved sleep….

Morning. Spring has arrived on St Valentines Day here in London. A glorious morning and encouragement to the spring flowers to start blossoming.

Since that venesection I had on Tuesday, I’ve had two reasonably good night’s sleep. No fuzzy head, no headaches or general malaise for the rest of the day. I wouldn’t say I feel refreshed but better than previously. I’m not waking up at strange hours, going to the loo and struggling to get back to sleep again. I’ve slept well, and it seems that withdrawal of blood has done the trick again.

Maybe the venesection is something I need every six months or so? Not sure, but it helps in the medium term. Off to the Thursday morning group (if it goes ahead). Just enjoying the sunshine. That always helps the mood, doesn’t it?
