Hi. Have to confess to feeling a little better this evening. The brain fog has gone, I’ve been resting (and sleeping) and it seems to have served as a reboot. Grateful for that.
What else am I grateful for? People getting in touch, notably an old school colleague and the people from SANE giving me some messages of support. Though you don’t appreciate the goodwill when you’re feeling like shit, later on when you feel better, you appreciate those who have got in touch.
May I also apologise if what I said last night came across as slightly too emotional. I was in such a state that I wrote some things that I didn’t really mean. That’s what the brain can do when it is overloaded. I blew a few fuses.
So a little better and less confused and disorientated tonight. Hoping to return to normal soon.
