Commuting with Poetry…

Off to Peer Support this fine autumnal morning. What was noticeable to me was the literary leanings of the Transport for London staff.

Walking down the escalators, the passengers were treated to a rhyme regarding your safety. I can just imagine Wordsworth doing the same. “I wondered lonely in a crowd, I can hear someone talking aloud….”, but then Wordsworth didn’t have the delights of rush hour travel in London to worry about.

I feel average this morning. No overnight sickness. Managed to sleep fairly well. Still feel rather drained and tired, but on the way to the office. At least the weather is decent, quiet but fine.
