I may add so far to that statement. A nice quiet end to the week. I’ve spent the day in the company of the national mental health charity I volunteer for. Was given some tasks to do that I completed without too many issues, in fact those tasks gave me some peace and solitude, away from some of the madness I endure on an occasional basis.

It was also quiet in the office with some of the full time staff away for various reasons. That was a shame as I like chatting and having a laugh with them. Still, can’t be helped.

More reasons why I’m feeling a lot better the last couple of days:- Very few aches and pains, been in a relaxed frame of mind (which is rare), been listening to my favourite tunes on my iPhone, and just in a reasonable place. Something to be thankful for.

Until I reach home that is…..
