Great day….

Evening. Have just spent a very nice day, sat in a scorebox, watching a game of cricket on a superb summer’s day.

It was just like old friends dropping round. Met up with quite a few acquaintances and felt so much at home, so relaxed and just enjoyed every minute of the day, apart from suffering a dizzy spell that saw me struggling to focus my eyes on the play. I just hope this appointment on the 11th will sort things out.

It’s been a quiet, good and drama free kind of week for me. So good to be back at the cricket club, and I discussed my autism diagnosis with a couple of club members who wanted to know a bit more. I hope I left them with more understanding of how my daily life is impacted by ASD. Spreading the gospel of positive mental health to non-believers is part of the occasional work I do with presentations. So that impromptu chat did no one any harm at all.

So all good. And the team I did the scoring for today won. Can’t ask for more than that.
