Hi. Lots of stuff going on this week, most of it good and ending with a short break out of the country.

And the busy nature of the week will stop my over fertile imagination from thinking up more worst case scenarios. It was good seeing the CBT counsellor today and getting some worries off my chest. It’s always good to let off steam to the counsellor and then let her make a dispassionate and considered response which makes me see sense.

Umpires training night tonight and we’re winding down to the end of what has been a fairly lengthy winter session. I hope that the trainees have learnt something useful before embarking on putting that knowledge into practice in the 2018 outdoor season.

So, an interesting seven days ahead. Let’s try and stay out of trouble, eh A.S.D? Life can be too short worrying about certain things. We’re all here for an average of 70 years, so let’s try and enjoy it. Easier said than done of course.
